Right at the end of this month I’ll be very busy attending World Olive Oil Exhibition in Madrid at the end of the month and hopefully I’ll bring more brands into the UK with new olive varieties and from harvest period 18/19
I’ll be tasting and tasting for 2 days and meeting suppliers from all over the world but with my eyes specifically set in Catalonia region as it needs further international promotion and the quality of their production is second to none.
In spite of Brexit times and all the economic turbulences I’ll keep trading in UK as I find it very interesting and a chance to unite two cultures via sharing the knowledge about olive oil will always be in my heart
By the end of the month we’ll enjoy Mother’s day in UK, I hope you enjoy that day with your family and wish a healthy and happy life to your mums. Treat her to a delicious meal at home or in a restaurant and remember to choose always extra virgin olive oil as a quality ingredient preferably compared to butter
