Benifallim is a town in the interior of the province of Alicante, it sits on the slopes of Rontonar.
The family takes great care of the olives trees in small terraced plots which have been passed down from generation to generation.They fight for an agriculture based on respect for the Earth following with the wisdom inherited from their elders.
The name Blanqueta comes from the colour this kind of olives take in their initial maturation stages.
The corresponding olive tree has a medium size. It is a little strong and upright variety with a white – greyish appearance. It contains small elliptic leaves and small fruits with an average weight ranging from 1.8 to 2.3 grams.
Medium to intense bitterness.
