Blend of Picual and Empeltre varieties from Montsagre family in Terra Alta county in the region of Catalonia.
Picual and Empeltre varieties are combined in a carefully determined proportion to obtain a unique, balanced and high quality blended EVOO.
It is an oil of medium intensity and fruity flavour with notes of fresh grass, artichoke and nuts. Its colour is an intense yellow to golden.
Pairing: it is well suited for salads, vegetables, seafood, white meats, fresh cheeses, pasta, sauces and emulsions, bakery, chocolate, fruits and honey.
