The Montsagre family are farmers from Terra Alta in Tarragona. They create this Spanish extra virgin olive oil using only the best ingredients: healthy olives.
Harvesting the crop early intensifies a fruity flavour with sweet notes and aromas of fresh grass, almonds and walnuts. This makes it ideal to use as a premium Spanish olive oil salad dressing.
It is also considered particularly suitable for use as a dressing for grilled fish, white meats and fresh cheeses. It can also be added to creams, soups or purees and can add a delicious and very interesting flavour to all kinds of desserts.
This extra-virgin oil is free-from chemicals and is lovingly created in a certified organic grove area, 600 metres above sea level. The area is surrounded by almond trees, figs and lavender fields
