This is a traditional artisan cream cheese with milk. It comes from Merino sheep from south-west of Spain in the region of Extremadura. It comes from pasteurized sheep milk and is curated for between 7 and 9 months.
It has a lovely creamy texture with an intense flavour like all the best cheeses from Extremadura.
It is ideal for use in meat or pasta sauces nicely enhancing your dishes. You can also spread it on crusty bread as a tasty appetizer.
