Cuadrat Valley located at the heart of Lleida , classified PDO Les Garrigues one of the oldest in Spanish olive oil history.
Early harvested olives and pitted before going through the 10 classic stages of olive oil production. Its aromatic score is characterised by a green fruitiness, a flavour and an aroma that are more marked than those of traditionally produced oils.
It goes well with bitter salads, grilled vegetables, poultry and white fish. Perfect for cheese tasting, it tempers the intensity of blue cheeses and enhances fresh and soft cheeses.
The oil is long in the mouth and surprisingly bitter and spicy for the Arbequina variety.
On average, it takes 12 kg of Arbequina to obtain 1 litre of ELIXIR DENOYAUTÉE / PITTED
