Elena is an advocate of Mediterranean diet and eating healthy tons of olives and nuts. Elena took courses and workshops in Spain and UK about olive oil tasting. She's met personally the olive growers in their farms and sourced from international competitions and trade fairs .She's been been trading for 6 years at farmers markets and online.
