Pop up olive oil tasting

Next Wednesday 30th January I´ll be organizing  a pop-up in Skylark at Wandsworth common, it’s a café in the common Dorlcote Road London SW18 3RT

You will have the opportunity to taste all the extra virgin olive oils and products you see on the website

I’ve added an arbequina and an hojiblanca from  Toledo and  Murcia

Deortega hojiblanca deluxe packaging is ideal as a St Valentine’s gift : remarkable taste and beautiful floral presentation.

Casas de Hualdo blend(80% arbequina and 20% manzanilla, cornicabra and picual) is targeted to kids to introduce them to healthy eating habits choosing extra virgin olive oil as their option to dress pasta, pizza, salads and bake cakes instead of using butter.

It was a shock to read that Transport for London wanted to ban advertising olive oil in the tube as it’s the healthiest of fats as it comes from a vegetable source and fully packed with vitamins and antioxidants…if it reaches the category of extra virgin which requires a chemical testing in external laboratories and an organoleptic panel test approval.

E.V.O.O. is free from chemicals so you’re dressing your food with an excellent nutritional product for your body and amazing taste. You’ll see it in the long term as it prevents many illnesses.

I’ve added as well pralines, we call them Catanias. These are Marcona almonds caramelized with sugar, cocoa butter, lemon paste, milk powder and soy. The yogulates contain fermented milk butter. Both items are gluten-free and come in packs of 80g, produced in Vilafranca del Penedes which is very famous for its almond trees, vineyards and olive trees.

Hope you can come to the pop-up event and have the opportunity to taste and buy the products.
