Mil i un Verd surprises us again with their arbosana extra virgin olive oil.

It's simply irresistible, grown in Els Carlets in south Catalonia region this Arbosana oil is cold extracted in the months of October when the olive is at its optmium moment.

It has an intense fruity aroma with slights connotations of leaves and vegetables , it is very pleasant on the mouth with a surprising bitterness, itchness and astringency on the throat.

It's the ideal companion on salads, vegetables, sauces. With secondary aromas of almonds, tomato and fennel.
