Unique variety grown in Villaconejos area by Pedro Laguna family based in Madrid.
Its organoleptic profile is green with aromas to apple, tomato, banana and a little bit to artichoke.
Bitter and astringency are sharp on the palate.
Ideal with salads, sauces on red meats, octopus, dishes containing garlic ,anchovies and grilled food.
