Manzanilla sevillenca extra virgin olive oil
This oil comes from Seville, famous home of manzanilla olives and phantastic oils
It's a bitter and peppery oil full of aromas and rich in taste.
Intense fruitiness (6.2 points) and medium pepperiness ( 3.2) makes it  persistent and leaves a prolonged aftertaste that allows you to appreciate all the flavour.
Organic produce harvested in October sacrificing yield to obtain highest flavours. Cold pressed below 27 degrees and in less than 8 hours after harvesting.
