Meet the Founder

Elena is an advocate of Mediterranean diet and eating plenty of healthy olives and nuts. She has taken courses and workshops in Spain and UK about olive oil tasting, and has personally met the olive growers in their farms and sourced from international competitions and trade fairs. Elena has been been trading for 6 years at farmers markets and online, providing excellent products and service.
